SukiTerms of Use

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms explain how Suki works and what we each agree to. We kept them short and plain. By using Suki, you agree to them.

1. What Suki is

Suki is made and operated by VinnHustle. When these terms say “we” or “us,” they mean VinnHustle.

Suki is an online tool that helps small sellers take orders. Each shop is run by its own seller. Suki is not the seller. When a buyer orders from a shop, the sale is between the buyer and that seller.

2. Accounts

3. Sellers agree to

Receipts made in Suki are order receipts, not BIR Official Receipts. BIR-registered sellers must issue official receipts or invoices on their own.

4. Buyers agree to

5. Payments

Buyers pay sellers directly (GCash, Maya, bank or cash). Suki does not hold, receive or send buyers’ money. If there’s a problem with a payment, the buyer and seller settle it together.

6. Discounts and promo codes

Promo codes are made by each seller, who decides the rules. A Senior Citizen or PWD discount and a promo code can’t be combined; the bigger discount applies. Sellers check IDs before giving the discount.

7. Pro plan (for sellers)

8. Not allowed

We may pause or close accounts or shops that break these rules.

9. Your content

Photos, descriptions and logos you upload stay yours. You allow Suki to show them in your shop so it works. Only upload things you have the right to use.

10. Our limits

We work hard to keep Suki running, but it’s provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or have mistakes. We’re not responsible for the products, deliveries or payments between buyers and sellers. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If the change is big, we’ll tell sellers in the app. These terms follow the laws of the Philippines.
